Abstract

An electric motor stator is provided with a tube-like stator core, which has a plurality of teeth protruding inward in the diameter direction and slots formed between the teeth, and a coil arranged on the circumference of the teeth. An insulator is mounted to insulate the coil from the stator core from the axial direction of the stator core. The curvature radius of an insulator corner whereupon the coil is wound is continuously reduced toward the leading end section of the teeth from the base section.

Stator pour moteur électrique, comprenant un noyau statorique tubulaire doté d'une pluralité de dents faisant saillie vers l'intérieur dans la direction diamétrale et d'une pluralité d'encoches formées entre les dents, et une bobine disposée à la circonférence des dents. Un isolateur isole la bobine du noyau statorique dans la direction axiale de celui-ci. Le rayon de courbure d'un coin de l'isolateur où s'enroule la bobine diminue de façon continue de la base des dents vers leur sommet.

 径方向内方に突出した複数のティース部及び各ティース部間に形成されたスロットを有する筒状のステータコアと、各ティース部の周囲に配されるコイルとを備える。ステータコアの軸方向から、コイルをステータコアから絶縁するべくインシュレータが装着されている。コイルが巻回されるインシュレータの角部の曲率半径が、ティース部の根元部から先端部に向かうに従って連続的に減小している。
