An object is to provide a novel organic compound capable of visible light emission. In particular, an object is to provide a novel organic compound that exhibits a broad emission spectrum when it is used for a light-emitting element. In addition, an object is to provide a light-emitting element and a light-emitting device that gives white light emission with an excellent color rendering property. The quinoxaline derivative represented by General Formula (1) is provided. Since the quinoxaline derivative represented by General Formula (1) is capable of emitting visible light, it can be favorably used for a light-emitting element. In particular, since the quinoxaline derivative represented by General Formula (1) exhibits a broad emission spectrum when it is used for a light-emitting element, by using it for a light-emitting element, a light-emitting element that gives white light emission with an excellent color rendering property can be obtained.

L'invention a pour objet un nouveau composé organique pouvant émettre de la lumière visible. En particulier, l'invention concerne un nouveau composé organique qui présente un large spectre d'émission lorsqu'il est utilisé pour un élément électroluminescent. En plus, l'invention a pour objet un élément électroluminescent et un dispositif électroluminescent qui émet de la lumière blanche avec une excellente propriété de rendu des couleurs. L'invention concerne le dérivé de quinoxaline représenté par la formule générale (1). Dans la mesure où le dérivé de quinoxaline représenté par la formule générale (1) peut émettre de la lumière visible, il peut être avantageusement utilisé pour un élément électroluminescent. En particulier, dans la mesure où le dérivé de quinoxaline représenté par la formule générale (1) présente un large spectre d'émission lorsqu'il est utilisé pour un élément électroluminescent, en l'utilisant pour un élément électroluminescent, on peut obtenir un élément électroluminescent qui donne une émission de lumière blanche avec une excellente propriété de rendu des couleurs.
