This invention relates to a reflection-type display device, and an Al-base alloy material for a reflection film which has an excellent reflection property and can be bonded directly to a transparent electrode layer such as ITO and IZO. The Al-Ni-B alloy material for a reflection film comprises nickel and boron contained in aluminum and is characterized by comprising 1.5 at% to 4 at% of nickel and 0.1 at% to 0.5 at% of boron with the balance consisting of aluminum. More preferably, the nickel content is 1.5 at% to 3 at%, and the boron content is 0.1 at% to 0.4 at%.

Cette invention porte sur un dispositif d'affichage de type à réflexion et sur un matériau d'alliage à base d'Al pour un film réfléchissant qui présente une excellente propriété de réflexion et peut être lié directement à une couche d'électrode transparente telle qu'ITO et IZO. Le matériau d'alliage Al-Ni-B pour un film réfléchissant comprend du nickel et du bore contenu dans de l'aluminium et est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend 1,5 % atomique à 4 % atomiques de nickel et 0,1 % atomique à 0,5 % atomique de bore, le complément consistant en de l'aluminium. De manière privilégiée, la teneur en nickel est de 1,5 % atomique à 3 % atomiques, la teneur en bore est de 0,1 % atomique à 0,4 % atomique.

反射型の表示デバイスに関し、優れた反射特性を備えるとともにITOやIZOなどの透明電極層との直接接合が可能である反射膜用Al系合金材料を提供する。 本発明は、アルミニウムにニッケルとボロンとを含有した反射膜用Al-Ni-B合金材料において、ニッケル含有量が1.5at%~4at%であり、ボロン含有量が0.1at%~0.5at%であり、残部がアルミニウムであることを特徴とする。さらに、ニッケル含有量が1.5at%~3at%であり、ボロン含有量が0.1at%~0.4at%であることがより好ましいものとなる。
