Abstract
(EN)
A turbocharger with a long service life, capable of inexpensively and accurately performing nozzle vane angle synchronous control by using inexpensive and highly wear resistant components in a link mechanism for driving the nozzle vane rotation mechanism of a variable nozzle mechanism. Pins are fixedly arranged in a ring plate rotatably supported on the turbocharger, and the pins set the angle of the nozzle vanes for controlling the amount of exhaust gas for rotating the turbine rotor. A hard coating having a thickness of approximately 2 µm and formed by physical vapor deposition of Al, Cr, Si, and N on an austenitic stainless steel as the base metal is formed on the pins.

L'invention concerne un turbocompresseur à longue durée de vie utile, capable d'effectuer une commande synchrone de l'angle des aubes de distributeur, de manière précise et peu coûteuse, en utilisant des pièces peu coûteuses et hautement résistantes à l'usure dans un mécanisme d'articulation permettant d'entraîner le mécanisme de rotation des aubes de distributeur d'un mécanisme distributeur variable. Des broches sont arrangées de manière fixe dans une plaque annulaire supportée de manière rotative sur le turbocompresseur, et règlent l'angle des aubes de distributeur pour contrôler la quantité de gaz d'échappement pour faire tourner le rotor de turbine. Un revêtement dur ayant une épaisseur d'environ 2 µm formé par le dépôt physique en phase gazeuse d'Al, de Cr, de Si, et de N sur un acier inoxydable austénitique en tant que métal de base est réalisé sur les broches.

 可変ノズル機構のノズルベーンの回動機構を駆動するリンク機構に安価かつ耐磨耗性の高い構成部品を使用することにより、安価に高精度のノズルベーン翼角同期制御を可能とし、耐用年数の長いターボチャージャを提供することを課題として、ターボチャージャに回動可能に支持されているリングプレートに固定配置され、タービンロータを回転させる排気ガスの量を制御するノズルベーンの翼角を設定するピンとして、母材であるオーステナイト系ステンレスにAl、Cr、Si、及びNからなる物理気相蒸着した厚さ約2μmの硬質皮膜を形成したものを用いる。
