It is intended to provide Eu-doped yttrium particles in nano size having photoluminescent characteristics; a particle film thereof; a method of constructing a particle film pattern; and a product of the same. The means of solving this object comprises: yttrium oxide nanoparticles or an yttrium oxide nanoparticle film wherein yttrium oxide nanoparticles are deposited on a self-organizing monomolecular film having a terminal amino group and being formed on a substrate; and a method of constructing yttrium oxide nanoparticles or an yttrium oxide nanoparticle film formed on a definite position on a substrate which comprises forming a self-organizing monomolecular film having a terminal amino group on a substrate and depositing yttrium oxide nanoparticles in the amino region thereof to thereby form the above-described yttrium oxide nanoparticles or yttrium oxide nanoparticle film. Thus, yttrium oxide particles in nano size and a particle film can be synthesized without employing the grinding step which results in deterioration in the characteristics.

La présente invention concerne des particules d'yttrium dopées en Eu de taille nanométrique ayant des propriétés de photoluminescence; un film particulaire fait de celles-ci; un procédé pour produire un motif de film particulaire; et un produit obtenu à partir de celui-ci. A cet effet l'invention a trait à : des nanoparticules d'oxyde d'yttrium ou un film nanoparticulaire d'oxyde d'yttrium, les nanoparticules d'oxyde d'yttrium étant déposées sur un film monomoléculaire auto-organisé présentant un groupe amino terminal et étant formé sur un substrat; et un procédé pour produire des nanoparticules d'oxyde d'yttrium ou un film nanoparticulaire d'oxyde d'yttrium formé en une position définie d'un substrat, le procédé consistant à former un film monomoléculaire auto-organisé présentant un groupe amino terminal sur un substrat, et déposer des nanoparticules d'oxyde d'yttrium dans la zone amino de celui-ci pour ainsi former les nanoparticules d'oxyde d'yttrium ou le film nanoparticulaire d'oxyde d'yttrium. Ainsi, des particules d'oxyde d'yttrium de taille nanoparticulaire et un film particulaire peuvent être synthétisés sans impliquer l'utilisation d'une étape de broyage qui conduit à l'altération des propriétés.

   本発明は、フォトルミネッセンス特性を有するナノサイズのEuドープイットリウム粒子、その粒子膜、ならびに粒子膜パターンの作製方法及びその製品を提供すること、が課題であり、その解決手段は、基板上に形成されたアミノ基を末端に有する自己組織化単分子膜に酸化イットリウムナノ粒子を堆積させた酸化イットリウムナノ粒子又は酸化イットリウムナノ粒子薄膜、及び、基板上の所定の位置に形成した酸化イットリウムナノ粒子又は酸化イットリウムナノ粒子薄膜を作製する方法であって、基板上にアミノ基を末端に有する自己組織化単分子膜を形成し、そのアミノ基領域に酸化イットリウムナノ粒子を堆積させる上記酸化イットリウムナノ粒子又は酸化イットリウムナノ粒子薄膜の作製方法、であり、それにより、特性劣化の原因となる粉砕の工程を経ることなく、酸化イットリウムナノサイズ粒子及び粒子膜を合成することができる。
