Abstract:
(EN) A fluorescent compound exhibiting a high affinity to calcium-binding proteins (CaBP) is provided. The compound, containing ruthenium, enables to detect, identify, and isolate CaBPs involved in cellular signaling and regulation. The compound is employed for diagnosing a disorder associated with CaBPs defects.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un composé fluorescent présentant une grande affinité avec les protéines liant le calcium (CaBP). Ledit composé, qui contient du ruthénium, permet de détecter, d'identifier et d'isoler le CaBPs impliqué dans la signalisation cellulaire et la régulation. Ledit composé est employé dans le diagnostic d'un trouble associé aux défauts de CaBPs.
