Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Steckelwalzwerks (1) mit wenigstens einem Walzgerüst (2) zum Walzen eines Warmbands (6) mit vorausberechneten Arbeitsparametern zum Erreichen bestimmter Zielparameter, wobei bei einer aufgrund eines nicht betriebsbereiten Walzgerüsts (2) unterbrochenen Bearbeitung eines Warmbands (6) während der Dauer der Fehlerbehebung zyklisch eine Nachberechnung zur Ermittlung von nachberechneten Arbeitsparametern mit veränderten Zielparametern, insbesondere veränderter Zieldicke, durchgeführt wird und bei betriebsbereitem Walzgerüst (2) das Warmband (6) auf Grundlage der letzten Nachberechnung weiter bearbeitet wird.

The invention relates to a method for operating a Steckel mill (1) which comprises at least one roll stand (2) for rolling a hot-rolled strip (6) with previously calculated operating parameters to achieve certain target parameters. If operation is interrupted due to a roll stand (2) that is not operational, a checking up for determining checked-up operating parameters with changed target parameters, especially changed target thickness, is cyclically carried out during the defect correction and treatment of the hot-rolled strip (6) is continued based on the last checking up when the roll stand (2) is operational.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour faire fonctionner un laminoir Steckel (1) comportant au moins une cage de laminoir (2) pour laminer un feuillard à chaud (6) sur la base de paramètres de travail préalablement calculés pour obtenir des paramètres cibles déterminés. Lorsqu'une cage de laminoir (2) qui n'est pas prête à fonctionner provoque l'interruption du laminage d'un feuillard à chaud (6), pendant la durée de la réparation, un calcul subséquent est effectué par cycles pour déterminer des paramètres de travail présentant des paramètres cibles modifiés, notamment une épaisseur cible modifiée, le feuillard à chaud (6) étant laminé sur la base des derniers calculs effectués lorsque la cage de laminoir (2) est prête à fonctionner.
