Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1) zur elektrisch leitenden Verbindung zwischen einem ersten Teil (3) und einem zweiten Teil (5) mittels eines Flüssigmetalls (7), wobei das erste Teil (3) relativ zum zweiten Teil (5) bewegbar ist. Aufgabe ist es nun eine Vorrichtung auszubilden, bei welcher die Energieübertragung insbesondere bei linearen Bewegungssystemen verbessert wird. Gemäß der Erfindung weist die Vorrichtung (1) ein erstes Teil (3) auf, welches ein bezüglich einer Achse (9) drehbares Rad (11) zur Ausübung einer Abrollbewegung bezüglich des zweiten Teils (5) aufweist, wobei mittels des Flüssigmetalls (7) eine elektrische Verbindung zwischen dem drehbaren Rad (11) und einem zur Achse (9) nicht bewegten Element des ersten Teils (3) ausgebildet ist. Die Vorrichtung ist bei einer linearen Bewegungseinrichtung (45) einsetzbar, welche insbesondere ein Linearmotor (45) ist.

The invention relates to an apparatus (1) for the electrically conductive connection between a first part (3) and a second part (5) by means of a liquid metal (7), wherein the first part (3) is capable of moving relative to the second part (5). The object is now to design an apparatus in which the energy transmission is improved in particular in the case of linear movement systems. According to the invention, the apparatus (1) has a first part (3), which has a wheel (11), which is capable of rotating with respect to an axis (9), for exerting a rolling movement with respect to the second part (5), wherein an electrical connection between the rotatable wheel (11) and an element, which is not moved in relation to the axis (9), of the first part (3) is formed by means of the liquid metal (7). The apparatus can be used in the case of a linear movement device (45), which is in particular a linear motor (45).

L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) pour la liaison électroconductrice entre une première partie (3) et une deuxième seconde (5) à l'aide d'un métal liquide (7), la première partie (3) étant mobile par rapport à la seconde partie (5). L'invention a pour but de réaliser un dispositif améliorant le transfert d'énergie, en particulier pour des systèmes de déplacement linéaire. Selon l'invention, le dispositif (1) présente une première partie (3) dotée d'une roue rotative (11) par rapport à un axe (9) pour effectuer un mouvement de déroulement par rapport à la seconde partie (5), une liaison électrique étant réalisée à l'aide du métal liquide (7) entre la roue rotative (11) et un élément non mobile par rapport à l'axe (9) de la première partie (3). Le dispositif peut être utilisé pour un dispositif de déplacement linéaire (45), en particulier un moteur linéaire (45).
