Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kommutator (1) mit einer Bürstenlauffläche (5) bildenden, voneinander distanzierten Kontaktsegmenten (9), die jeweils mit einem Befestigungsabschnitt (5) eines metallischen Segmenttragteils (4) verlötet sind, und mit einem Nabenkörper (3) aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Material, der die ebenfalls voneinander distanzierten Segmenttragteile (9) trägt, welche jeweils mit einem Wicklungsanschlusshaken (7) versehen sind. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass auf in die dem Kontaktsegment (9) zugewandte Oberseite des Befestigungsabschnittes (5) und/oder in die dem Befestigungsabschnitt (5) zugewandte Unterseite des Kontaktsegments (4) mindestens eine Lotbarriere-Vertiefung (16) eingebracht ist.

The invention relates to a commutator (1) with contact segments (9), arranged at a distance from each other and forming a brush running surface (5), each of which is soldered to a fixing section (5) of a metal segment support piece (4) and with a hub body (3) made from an electrically insulating material which supports the segment support pieces (9) each of which are provided with a winding connector hook (7). According to the invention, at least one solder barrier recess (16) is provided in the upper side of the fixing section (5) facing the contact segment (9) and/or in the under side of the contact segment (4) facing the fixing section (5).

L'invention concerne un collecteur (1) comprenant des segments de contact (9) qui sont espacés les uns des autres, forment une surface de contact de balai (8), et sont soudés avec une section de fixation (5) d'une partie porte-segment métallique (4), et un corps de moyeu (3) constitué d'un matériau électro-isolant qui supporte les parties porte-segment (4) équidistantes respectivement pourvues d'un crochet de raccordement d'enroulement (7). Selon l'invention, au moins une cavité de barrage au brasage (16) est ménagée dans la face supérieure de la section de fixation (5) qui est orientée vers le segment de contact (9) et/ou dans la face inférieure du segment de contact (4) qui est orientée vers le segment de fixation (5).
