Abstract

The present invention relates to medical systems and methods for such systems, which systems include an implantable medical device of a patient, a programmer device, and an extracorporeal stress equipment adapted to exert a physiological stress on the patient, for automatically determining settings of a sensor for sensing a physiological parameter of the patient or for automatically determining a pacing setting of the device over a broad range of workloads of the equipment. The ingoing units and/or devices of the medical system, i.e. the implantable medical device of a patient, the programmer device, and the extracorporeal stress equipment, communicate bi-directionally with each other and form a closed loop.

La présente invention concerne des systèmes médicaux et des procédés pour de tels systèmes, lesquels systèmes comprennent un dispositif médical implantable d'un patient, un dispositif programmateur et un équipement de contrainte extracorporelle conçu pour exercer une contrainte physiologique sur le patient, pour déterminer automatiquement les paramètres d'un capteur pour la détection d'un paramètre physiologique du patient ou pour déterminer automatiquement un paramètre de stimulation du dispositif sur une large plage d'activités de l'équipement. Les unités entrantes et/ou les dispositifs du système médical, c'est-à-dire le dispositif médical implantable d'un patient, le dispositif programmateur et l'équipement de contrainte extracorporelle, communiquent de manière bidirectionnelle entre eux et forment une boucle fermée.
