A portable electronic device is provided with a first sensor element group (G1) and a second sensor element group (G2), in which sensor elements (R1-R4 and L1-L4) annularly arranged as a whole for detecting contact are continuously disposed, respectively. The portable electronic device is also provided with a control section (320) which can perform first control wherein each sensor group performs each separate control. The control section (320) detects that contact detection is started by one sensor element in one sensor element group, and continuous detection for continuously detecting contact of the sensor element adjacent to the one sensor element is continued to an end of the one sensor element group, and furthermore, the control section detects that the continuous detection is continued from an end of the other sensor element group also in the other sensor element group adjacent to the end of the one sensor element group. Then, the control section performs second control different from the first control.

L'invention concerne un dispositif électronique portatif qui est muni d'un premier groupe d'éléments de capteurs (G1) et d'un second groupe d'éléments de capteurs (G2), dans lesquels les éléments de capteurs (R1 à R4 et L1 à L4), entièrement agencés de façon annulaire afin de détecter un contact, sont respectivement disposés de manière continue. Le dispositif électronique portatif est également muni d'une section de commande (320) qui peut effectuer une première commande où chaque groupe de capteurs effectue chaque commande séparée. La section de commande (320) détecte qu'une détection de contact a débuté grâce à un élément de capteur dans un premier groupe d'éléments de capteurs, et qu'une détection continue permettant de détecter de manière continue un contact de l'élément de capteur adjacent au premier élément de capteur est poursuivie jusqu'à l'extrémité du premier groupe d'éléments de capteurs et, en outre, la section de commande détecte que la détection continue se poursuit depuis une extrémité de l'autre groupe d'éléments de capteurs, de même que dans l'autre groupe d'éléments de capteurs adjacent à l'extrémité du premier groupe d'éléments de capteurs. Puis la section de commande effectue une seconde commande différente de la première commande.

 全体として環状に配列した、それぞれが接触を検出するセンサ素子R1~R4,L1~L4を連続して配置した第1センサ素子群G1と第2センサ素子群G2と、これらセンサ素子群が各別個の制御を行なう第1制御を実行可能な制御部320とを備え、制御部320は、いずれか一方のセンサ素子群内の一のセンサ素子にて接触検出が開始され、当該一のセンサ素子に隣接するセンサ素子の接触検出が連続して検出される連続検出が前記一方のセンサ素子群の端部まで継続し、さらに当該一方のセンサ素子群の端部に隣接する他方のセンサ素子群においても、当該他方のセンサ素子群の端部から連続検出が継続されるのを検出して、第1制御とは異なる第2制御を実行し得るように構成する。
