Um eine kompakt gebaute Sichtereinrichtung zum Sichten von körnigem Gut zu schaffen, mit einem innerhalb eines Sichtergehäuses (10) angeordneten statischen Kaskadensichter als Vorsichter, dem gegebenenfalls ein weiterer Sichter als Nachsichter nachgeschaltet ist, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, als Kaskadensichter zwei Pakete jeweils beabstandet übereinander und konzentrisch zueinander angeordneter Konusringe einzusetzen, nämlich ein radial äußeres Treppenstufen-Konusringpaket (11) und ein radial inneres Sichtfluten-Konusringpaket (12), und der zwischen dem radial äußeren und dem radial inneren Ringpaket gebildeten Sichtzone (13) etwa die Gestalt eines Kegelmantelstumpfes zu geben, dessen großer Durchmesser (D) an der Oberseite und dessen kleiner Durchmesser (d) an der Unterseite der Ringpakete liegt, und an der Oberseite der Sichtzone (13) des statischen Kaskadensichters mit dem großen Durchmesser (D) mehrere um den Umfang verteilte Sichtguteintragsöffnungen (14a, 14b etc.) anzuordnen. Die Erfindung besteht ferner in der Einschaltung einer solchen Sichtereinrichtung in einen Mahlkreislauf mit Mühle und Sichter.

To provide a compact classifying device for classifying granular material, comprising a static cascade classifier, arranged as a pre-classifier within a classifier housing (10), downstream of which a further classifier is optionally arranged as a post-classifier, it is proposed according to the invention to use as the cascade classifier two assemblies of conical rings respectively arranged such that they are spaced apart one above the other and concentric to one another, to be specific a radially outer stairway-step conical ring assembly (11) and a radially inner classifying-flue conical ring assembly (12), and to give the classifying zone (13) that is formed between the radially outer ring assembly and the radially inner ring assembly approximately the shape of the lateral area of a truncated cone, the large diameter (D) of which lies on the upper side and the small diameter (d) of which lies on the underside of the ring assemblies, and to arrange a number of circumferentially distributed entry openings (14a, 14b etc.) for a material to be classified on the upper side of the classifying zone (13) of the static cascade classifier with the large diameter (D). The invention also comprises the incorporation of such a classifying device in a grinding circuit with a mill and a classifier.

Pour créer un dispositif de tamisage compact pour le tamisage de produits granuleux qui présente comme pré-tamis un tamis statique en cascade auquel un autre tamis peut être raccordé comme tamis final, ledit tamis statique étant disposé à l'intérieur d'un boîtier de tamisage (10), l'invention a pour objet d'utiliser comme tamis en cascade deux paquets de bagues coniques disposées concentriquement les unes par rapport aux autres et à distance les unes au-dessus des autres, à savoir un paquet radialement extérieur (11) de bagues coniques en escalier et un paquet radialement intérieur (12) de bagues coniques d'écoulement de tamisage, et de donner à la zone de tamisage (13) formée entre le paquet radialement extérieur de bagues et le paquet radialement intérieur de bagues sensiblement la forme d'un tronc d'enveloppe conique dont le grand diamètre (D) est situé sur le côté supérieur et le petit diamètre (d) est situé sur le côté inférieur des paquets de bagues, et de disposer sur le côté supérieur de la zone de tamisage (13) du tamis statique en cascade de grand diamètre (D) plusieurs ouvertures (14a, 14b, etc.) d'entrée de produit à tamiser réparties à sa périphérie. L'invention concerne en outre le branchement de ce dispositif de tamisage dans un circuit de broyage doté de broyeurs et de tamis.
