Disclosed is a polycarbonate resin having a repeating unit represented by the formula (1) below and a repeating unit represented by the formula (2) below. Also disclosed is an optical film using such a polycarbonate resin. (1) (2) (In the formula, Y represents a cycloalkylene group having 4-20 carbon atoms or a structure represented by the following formula (3).) (3) (In the formula (3), R1, R2, R3 and R4 independently represent a hydrogen atom or a monovalent alkyl group having 1-5 carbon atoms.)

L'invention concerne une résine de polycarbonate ayant une unité répétitive représentée par la formule (1) ci-après et une unité répétitive représentée par la formule (2) ci-après. L'invention concerne également un film optique utilisant une telle résine de polycarbonate.
