Es wird ein Federelement zur Vorspannung eines Piezoaktors (P) angegeben, wobei das Federelement einen rohrförmigen Körper (1) mit Aussparungen (2) aufweist. Die Aussparungen sind jeweils in der Form eines Vielecks mit abgerundeten Ecken (2a) ausgebildet. Auch wird ein Piezoaktor mit einem solchen Federelement angegeben.

A spring element is disclosed for the preloading of a piezoelectric actuator (P), wherein the spring element exhibits a tubular body (1) with recesses (2). The recesses are constructed in each case in the form of a polygon with rounded corners (2a). A piezoelectric actuator with such a spring element is also disclosed.
