Disclosed is a metal particle obtained by covering a magnetic metal core particle with two or more layers. This metal particle is characterized in that the outermost layer among the two or more covering layers contains oxides of silicon and aluminum, and the Al/Si atomic ratio is within the range of 0.01-0.2. Also disclosed is a method for producing a metal particle, which is characterized by a process wherein a mixture of a silicon alkoxide and an aluminum alkoxide is coated over the surface of a primary particle, which has a magnetic metal core particle and a first coating layer formed around the core particle, and then the resulting is subjected to hydrolysis, thereby forming another coating layer composed of oxides of silicon and aluminum.

L'invention concerne une particule métallique obtenue en enrobant une particule de cœur métallique magnétique de deux couches ou plus. La particule métallique est caractérisée en ce que la couche la plus extérieure de la ou des couches d'enrobage contient des oxydes de silicium et d'aluminium, et que le rapport atomique Al/Si se situe dans une plage de 0,01-0,2. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication de particules métalliques, caractérisé par un processus dans lequel la surface d'une particule primaire est enrobée d'un mélange d'un alcoolate de silicium et d'un alcoolate d'aluminium, ladite particule comporte une particule de cœur métallique magnétique et une première couche d'enrobage formée autour de la particule de cœur, soumises ensuite à une hydrolyse formant une autre couche de revêtement composée d'oxydes de silicium et d'aluminium.

 磁性金属の核粒子に二層以上の層を被覆してなる金属微粒子であって、前記二層以上の被覆層のうち最外層はケイ素及びアルミニウムの酸化物を含有し、Al/Si比が原子比で0.01~0.2であることを特徴とする金属微粒子、及び磁性金属の核粒子と、前記核粒子の外側に第1の被覆層とを有する一次粒子の表面に、ケイ素アルコキシドとアルミニウムアルコキシドとの混合物をコートした後に、これらを加水分解することによりケイ素及びアルミニウムの酸化物からなる被覆層を設けることを特徴とする金属微粒子の製造方法。
