It is intended to provide a method of producing a bioactive complex material comprising a porous support of various materials such as a porous molded article made of an organic polymer, to the surface of which a bioactivity for forming and growing a coating layer mainly containing a calcium phosphate compound as the main component at a high adhesion strength either in vitro or in vivo has been imparted. This object can be achieved by providing a process characterized by comprising: (1) the step of immersing a porous support in a solution containing at least calcium ion and hydrogen phosphate ion so as to allow the diffusion of the solution into at least a part of the pores of the support; and (2) the step of depositing fine particles containing a calcium phosphate compound as the main component in the inside of the pores into which the solution has been diffused.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un matériau complexe bioactif comprenant un support poreux constitué de divers matériaux, tel qu'un article moulé poreux constitué d'un polymère organique, à la surface duquel on a imparti une bioactivité afin de former et de développer une couche de revêtement contenant principalement un composé de phosphate de calcium comme composant principal à un pouvoir d'adhésion élevé in vitro ou in vivo. Il est possible de réaliser cet objet en utilisant un procédé qui consiste à immerger un support poreux dans une solution contenant au moins un ion calcium et un ion phosphate d'hydrogène pour permettre la diffusion de la solution dans au moins une partie des pores du support; et (2) à déposer les particules fines contenant un composé de phosphate de calcium comme composant principal présent à l'intérieur des pores dans lesquelles la solution a été diffusée.

 本発明の課題は、有機高分子からなる多孔質成形体をはじめとする各種の多孔質基材に、その表面に生体内や生体外においてリン酸カルシウム化合物を主成分とする被覆層を高い接着強度でもって形成乃至成長させるための生体活性を付与した生体活性複合材料の製造方法を提供することである。その解決手段は、(1)カルシウムイオンとリン酸水素イオンを少なくとも含む溶液に多孔質基材を浸漬することで基材の少なくとも一部の孔の内部に溶液を行き渡らせる工程、(2)溶液が入り込んだ孔の内部においてリン酸カルシウム化合物を主成分とする微粒子を析出させる工程、を少なくとも含むことを特徴とする。
