To prevent a burr, produced from the joint portion by welding between a liquid medicine container and an injection unit, from interfering with a boring member inserted into a jig communication passage when the boring member is inserted into the jig communication passage to prevent the obstruction of the piercing action through a sealing member by the edge of the boring member. In a sealing/pump-up device (10), a tubular inner annular member (104) is integrally formed on the inner peripheral side of a joined portion (37) in an injection unit (20) so as to surround, from an outer peripheral side, a boring member (62) held in a jig insertion hole (44), and a burr housing unit (106) consisting of an almost cylindrical space is formed between the outer annular member (28) of a liquid container (18) and the inner annular member (104), whereby it is possible to guide the tip end side of a burr (110) upward by the inner annular member (104) while preventing the burr (110), extending from the joint portion between the outer annular member (28) and a joined portion (37) toward the inner peripheral side, from moving toward the boring member (62) side of the burr (110) by means of the inner annular member (104).

Méthode permettant d'empêcher une bavure laissée par le soudage d'un opercule entre un récipient de produit liquide et une unité d'injection, d'entraver l'avance et l'obstruction d'un élément de perçage introduit dans un passage de communication pour le perçage de l'opercule. Dans un dispositif d'obturation/remplissage (10), un élément annulaire intérieur tubulaire (104) est intégré dans le bord périphérique intérieur de la partie jointive (37) d'une unité d'injection (20) de sorte qu'il entoure, depuis un côté périphérique extérieur, un élément de perçage (62) maintenu dans un trou d'insertion (44). Un réceptacle pour bavures (106) constitué d'un espace quasi cylindrique est formé entre l'élément annulaire extérieur (28) du récipient pour produit liquide (18) et l'élément annulaire interne (104). Il est possible de guider l'extrémité d'une bavure (110) vers le haut au moyen de l'élément annulaire intérieur (104) et d'empêcher ladite bavure partant de l'opercule entre l'élément annulaire extérieur (28) et l'opercule (37) de se déplacer vers le côté de l'élément de perçage (62) grâce à l'élément annulaire intérieur (104).

 穿孔部材を治具連通路内へ挿入した際に、液剤容器と注入ユニットとの溶着による接合部分から発生したバリが治具連通路内へ挿入される穿孔部材へ干渉し、穿孔部材の刃部によりシール部材を突き破る動作を阻害することを防止する。  シーリング・ポンプアップ装置10では、注入ユニット20における被接合部37の内周側に、治具挿入穴44内に保持された穿孔部材62を外周側から囲むように筒状の内環状部材104を一体的に形成すると共に、液剤容器18の外環状部材28と内環状部材104との間に、略円筒状の空間からなるバリ収容部106を形成したことにより、外環状部材28と被接合部37との接合部分から内周側へ延出したバリ110を、内環状部材104によりバリ110の穿孔部材62側へ移動することを阻止しつつ、バリ110先端側を内環状部材104により上方へ案内できる。
