An illuminating device which is compatible with a high frequency component due to evanescent wave in a negative refractive lens and has a high spatial resolution. The illuminating device is characterized by comprising a light emitting element thin film (106) containing a light emitting material for emitting light on application of energy, a cathode (101) for applying an electron beam (102) or energy to the light emitting element thin film (106), and an optical system including a negative refractive lens (110) consisting of a negative refraction-indicating material to project light emitted from the thin film (106) onto an object.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'éclairage est rendu compatible avec un composant haute fréquence par une onde évanescente dans une lentille réfractrice négative et présente une résolution spatiale élevée. Le dispositif d'éclairage est caractérisé par ce qu'il comprend un film mince (106) d'élément d'émission de lumière contenant une matière d'émission de lumière qui émettre de la lumière suite à une application d'une énergie, une cathode (101) pour appliquer un faisceau électronique (102) ou de l'énergie au film mince (106) d'élément d'émission de lumière, et un système optique comprenant une lentille réfractrice négative (110) consistant en une matière indiquant une réfraction négative pour projeter de la lumière émise par le film mince (106) sur un objet.
