A brushless motor unit comprises a stator (14) arranged fixedly; a rotor (12) which rotates when the stator is excited sequentially by a plurality of excitation patterns; a magnetic pole position detection magnet (16) firmly adhered to the rotor by having the number of poles equal to two times that of the rotor; and a position detection element (18) arranged oppositely to the magnetic pole position detection magnet and detecting the magnetic pole position of the rotor. The brushless motor unit is further provided with a motor drive circuit for controlling the rotation angle of the rotor to be a half of the rotation angle by a regular excitation pattern by exciting the stator using other excitation pattern between regular excitation patterns used during normal operation.

L'invention concerne une unité de moteur sans balais comportant un stator (14) disposé de façon fixe ; un rotor (12) qui tourne lorsque le stator est excité séquentiellement par une pluralité de modèles d'excitation ; un aimant (16) de détection de position de pôle magnétique fermement collé au rotor muni d'un nombre de pôles égal à deux fois celui du rotor ; et un élément de détection de position (18) disposé de façon opposée à l'aimant de détection de position de pôle magnétique et détectant la position de pôle magnétique du rotor. L'unité de moteur sans balais est en outre dotée d'un circuit de commande de moteur permettant de commander l'angle de rotation du rotor pour qu'il egale une moitié de l'angle de rotation par un modèle d'excitation régulier en excitant le stator à l'aide d'un autre modèle d'excitation choisi parmi des modèles d'excitation réguliers utilisés pendant le fonctionnement normal.

固定的に配置されたステータ14と、ステータが複数の励磁パターンによって順次に励磁されることにより回転するロータ12と、ロータに固着され、該ロータの極数の2倍の極数を有する磁極位置検出用マグネット16と、磁極位置検出用マグネットに対向して配置されてロータの磁極位置を検出する位置検出素子18とを備えたブラシレスモータ装置において、電源起動時に行われる位相合わせ時に、通常運転時に使用される正規の励磁パターンの間で他の励磁パターンを用いてステータを励磁することによりロータの回転角度が正規の励磁パターンによる回転角度の半分になるように制御するモータ駆動回路を備えている。
