It is intended to provide a method for stabilizing polyamine oxidase, a method for improving substrate specificity of polyamine oxidase etc. The polyamine oxidase is used for clinical diagnosis of cancer, production of a useful material such as monoacetylpolyamine or the like. The method for stabilizing polyamine oxidase by allowing an alcohol compound and/or a chelating reagent to coexist, the method for improving substrate specificity of polyamine oxidase by allowing a surfactant to coexist and/or setting the pH at lower than 7.5, a method for producing monoacetylpolyamine and a method for purifying polyamine oxidase using the methods.

L'invention concerne un procédé servant à stabiliser la polyamine oxydase, un procédé d'amélioration de la spécificité de substrat de la polyamine oxydase etc. Ladite polyamine oxydase est utilisée dans le diagnostic clinique de cancer, la production d'une substance utile comme monoacétylpolyamine ou similaire. Le procédé de stabilisation de la polyamine oxydase consiste à permettre à un composé d'alcool et/ou un réactif de chélation de coexister. Le procédé d'amélioration de la spécificité de substrat de la polyamine oxydase consiste quant à lui à permettre à un tensioactif de coexister et/ou à fixer le pH à moins de 7,5. Cette invention a aussi pour objet un procédé de production de monoacétylpolyamine et un procédé de purification de la polyamine oxydase, au moyen des procédés susmentionnés.
