Method for detecting and counting cells undergoing cytodieresis, comprising: - fixing the cells and, optionally, permeabilizing the cells, quantitatively staining the DNA of the cells with a vital or non-vital fluorescent dye, measuring, by any appropriate means, the intensity of fluorescence of the DNA peak and the area under the curve, counting the cells undergoing cytodieresis according to the following characteristics: the cells undergoing cytodieresis have an area under the curve similar to that of cells in the G2 or M phase of the cell cycle and a fluorescence peak similar to that of cells in the G0 or G1 phase of the cell cycle; method for sorting cells undergoing cytodieresis and method for screening for agents capable of accelerating or slowing down, or activating or inhibiting cytodieresis.

Méthode de détection et de dénombrement de cellules en cytodiérèse, comprenant : - la fixation des cellules et optionnellement la perméabilisation des cellules, la coloration quantitative de l'ADN des cellules par un colorant fluorescent vital ou non, la mesure par tout moyen approprié de l'intensité de fluorescence du pic d'ADN et de l'aire sous la courbe, le dénombrement des cellules en cytodiérèse selon les caractéristiques suivantes : les cellules en cytodiérèse possèdent une aire sous la courbe similaire à celle de cellules en phase G2 ou M du cycle cellulaire et un pic de fluorescence similaire à celui des cellules en phase G0 ou G1 du cycle cellulaire; méthode de tri des cellules en cytodiérèse et méthode de criblage d'agents capables d'accélérer ou de ralentir, d'activer ou d'inhiber la cytodiérèse.
