Optical device that comprises a spatial light modulator and a spectral filter that normally comprise various parts, such that each part of the filter (V; R; A; L) corresponds to at least one part of the modulator. The spectral filter is superposed on the spatial light modulator such that the transmittance of each part of the filter is coordinated with the phase offset introduced by the corresponding part of the modulator. In one embodiment, the spatial light modulator is a programmable liquid-crystal device. The invention presents various ways in which to coordinate the transmittance of each part of the spectral filter with the programmed time variation of the phase offset introduced by each part of the spatial light modulator, such that each part of the latter receives light at a spectrally filtered wavelength and focuses it in the same plane.

Dispositivo óptico que comprende un modulador espacial de luz y un filtro espectral que normalmente comprenden varias partes, de manera que cada parte del filtro (V; R; A; L) se corresponde con al menos una parte del modulador. El filtro espectral está superpuesto al modulador espacial de luz, de manera que Ia transmitancia de cada parte del filtro se coordina con el desfase introducido por Ia parte correspondiente del modulador. En una realización el modulador espacial de luz es un dispositivo de cristal líquido programable. La invención presenta varios modos de coordinar Ia transmitancia de cada parte del filtro espectral con Ia variación temporal programada del desfase introducido por cada parte del modulador espacial de luz, de manera que cada parte de éste reciba luz de una longitud de onda espectralmente filtrada y focalice en el mismo plano.

L'invention concerne un dispositif optique comprenant un modulateur spatial de lumière et un filtre spectral normalement formé de diverses parties, de manière que chaque partie du filtre (V; R; A; L) corresponde à au moins une partie du modulateur. Le filtre spectral est superposé au modulateur spatial de lumière, de manière que la transmittance de chaque partie du filtre soit coordonnée au décalage introduit par la partie correspondante du modulateur. Dans un mode de réalisation, le modulateur spatial de lumière est un dispositif à cristaux liquides programmable. L'invention concerne divers modes de coordination de la transmittance de chaque partie du filtre spectral avec la variation temporelle programmée du décalage introduit par chaque partie du modulateur spatial de lumière, de manière que chaque partie de celui-ci reçoive une lumière d'une longueur d'onde filtrée d'un point de vue spectral et soit focalisée sur le même plan.
