Verfahren zur Analyse von Nukleinsäuren in einer mikrofluidischen Vorrichtung, aufweisend die folgenden Schritte: a) Amplifizieren von Nukleinsäuren in einer ersten Kammer in der mikrofluidischen Vorrichtung; b) in Kontakt Bringen der amplifizierten Nukleinsäuren mit einem Zusatz, aufweisend: i) monovalente Kationen und ii) ein Mg2+ Ionen-bindendes Agens, wobei der Zusatz in einer zweiten Kammer in der mikrofluidischen Vorrichtung vorgesehen ist; und c) Hybridisieren der amplifizierten Nukleinsäuren an mindestens ein Sonden-Oligonukleotid.

The invention relates to a method for analysing nucleic acids in a microfluid device. Said method consists of the following steps: a) nucleic acids are amplified in a first chamber in the microfluidic device; b) the amplified nucleic acids are brought into contact with an additive comprising: i) monovalent cations and ii) an Mg2+ ion-binding agent, the additive being provided in a second chamber in the microfluid device; and c) the amplified nucleic acids are hybridised on at least one probe oligonucleotide.

L'invention concerne un procédé d'analyse d'acides nucléiques dans un dispositif microfluidique, comportant les étapes suivantes: a) amplification d'acides nucléiques dans une première chambre dans le dispositif microfluidique; b) mise en contact des acides nucléiques amplifiés avec un additif contenant i) des cations monovalents et ii) un agent liant des ions Mg2+, l'additif étant contenu dans une deuxième chambre dans le dispositif microfluidique; et c) hybridation des acides nucléiques amplifiés sur au moins un oligonucléotide sonde.
