Materialzusammensetzung in Form einer Dispersion für die Herstellung von Granulat durch Sprüh- oder Wirbelschichtgranulation, wobei das Granulat für den 3-D Binderdruck geeignet ist, aufweisend ein Dispergiermittel, insbesondere Wasser, ein pulverförmiges Calciumphosphat, insbesondere Hydroxylapatit, als Basismaterial und polymere Additive: wobei ein erstes Additiv ein Bindemittel ist, das die Calciumphosphat-Kristalle bei der Sprühtrocknung bindet, wobei ein zweites Dispergieradditiv die Dispergierfähigkeit unter Beibehaltung ausreichend niedriger Viskosität erhöht, wobei ein drittes Gleitadditiv als Gleitmittel, insbesondere ein wasserlösliches PEG, zur Erhöhung der Fließfähigkeit des fertigen Granulats vorhanden ist, wobei ein viertes Additiv als Druckbinder vorhanden ist, das das für den 3-D Binderdruck zu verwendende Bindemittel ist.

Material composition in the form of a dispersion for the production of granules by spray or fluid bed granulation, wherein the granules are suitable for 3-D matrix printing, comprising a dispersant, in particular water, a powdered calcium phosphate, in particular, hydroxylapatite, as base material and polymeric additives: a first additive being a binder which binds the calcium phosphate crystals on spray-drying, a second dispersion additive increases dispersibility whilst maintaining a sufficiently low viscosity, a third lubricant additive is a lubricant, in particular a water-soluble PEG, provided to improve the free-flowing nature of the prepared granules and a fourth additive is provided as print binder which is the binder for use in the 3D matrix printing.

L'invention concerne une composition de matière se présentant sous la forme d'une dispersion, servant à produire des granulés au moyen d'un processus de granulation par atomisation ou de granulation en lit fluidisé, ces granulés étant conçus pour l'impression 3D par projection de liant. La composition selon l'invention comprend un agent de dispersion, en particulier de l'eau, du phosphate de calcium pulvérulent, en particulier de l'hydroxylapatite, en tant que matière de base, et des additifs polymères. Le premier additif est un liant qui lie les cristaux de phosphate de calcium lors du processus de séchage par atomisation. Un deuxième additif de dispersion augmente la dispersibilité tout en maintenant une viscosité suffisamment faible. Un troisième additif antifriction se présente sous la forme d'un agent lubrifiant, en particulier sous la forme d'un PEG hydrosoluble pour accroître la coulabilité des granulés produits.
