Die Erfindung betrifft einen Haspeldorn (1) zum Wickeln von Blechen, insbesondere von gewalztem Warmband, mit einem Dornkörper (2), einer relativ zum Dornkörper (2) in axialer Richtung (a) verstellbaren Spreizstange (3) und einer Anzahl Segmente (4), die durch axiale Bewegung der Spreizstange (3) relativ zum Dornkörper (2) radial verstellbar sind, wobei zwischen der Spreizstange (3) und den Segmenten (4) eine Anzahl gelenkig an der Spreizstange (3) und an den Segmenten (4) gelagerte Laschen (5) angeordnet sind. Um einen solchen Haspeldorn zum Haspeln hoch- und höchstfester Materialien tauglich zu machen, sieht die Erfindung vor, dass zumindest eine Anzahl Laschen (5) im montierten Zustand des Haspeldorns (1) durch Ausnehmungen (6) im Dornkörper (2) hindurch treten, die so in den Dornkörper (2) eingebracht sind, dass dieser zumindest an einem seiner axialen Enden (7) frei von Ausnehmungen (6) ist.

The invention relates to a coiler mandrel (1) for coiling sheet metal, especially hot-rolled strips. Said mandrel comprises a mandrel base (2), an expansion bar (3) that can be adjusted relative to the mandrel base (2) in an axial direction (a) and a plurality of segments (4) which can be radially adjusted when the expansion bar (3) is axially displaced relative to the mandrel base (2). A plurality of brackets (5) are arranged between the expansion bar (3) and the segments (4) and are hinged to the expansion bar (3) and to the segments (4). The aim of the invention is to allow high-strength and ultra-strength materials to be coiled on such a coiler mandrel. For this purpose, at least one plurality of brackets (5) extend, when the coiler mandrel (1) is mounted, through recesses (6) in the mandrel base (2), said recesses being introduced into the mandrel base (2) in such a manner that the latter, at least on one of its axial ends (7) is free from recesses (6).

L'invention concerne un mandrin de bobinage (1) pour bobiner des tôles, notamment un feuillard laminé à chaud, comprenant un corps de mandrin (2), une tige extensible (3) déplaçable dans le sens axial (a) par rapport au corps de mandrin (2) et un nombre de segments (4), déplaçables dans le sens radial par rapport au corps de mandrin (2), par mouvement axial de la tige extensible (3). Un nombre de languettes (5) disposées de manière articulées sur la tige extensible (3) et sur les segments (4) sont montées entre la tige extensible (3) et les segments (4). L'invention vise à rendre un mandrin de ce type apte à bobiner des matériaux à résistance élevée et très élevée. A cet effet, il est prévu selon l'invention qu'au moins un nombre de languettes (5) passent à travers des cavités (6) pratiquées dans le corps du mandrin (2), lorsque le mandrin de bobinage (1) est monté, lesdites cavités étant aménagées dans le corps du mandrin (2), de sorte que ce dernier soit exempt de cavités (6), au moins au niveau de ses extrémités axiales (7).
