Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Schraubverbindungsstelle (1) am Umfang (34) eines Hohlprofils (7), das mittels fluidischen Innenhochdruckes aufgeweitet wird. Im Innenhochdruckumformwerkzeug (2) wird am Hohlprofil (7) ein Anbauteil (17,31) mit einer ein Innengewinde tragenden Bohrung (18) angebracht, wonach das Hohlprofil (7) fluchtend mit der Bohrung (18) gelocht wird. Um in einfacher Weise die Herstellung einer haltbaren Schraubverbindungsstelle (1) am Umfang (34) eines Hohlprofils (7) prozesssicher zu ermöglichen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Anbauteil (17,31) mittels einer in das Innenhochdruckumformwerkzeug (2) integrierten Elektrode (11,30) an das Hohlprofil (7) herangeführt wird. Das Anbauteil (17,31) wird mit dem Hohlprofil (7) nach dessen Anlage an der Werkzeuggravur (5) im Bereich der zu bildenden Schraubverbindungsstelle (1) über die Elektrode (11,30) widerstandsverschweißt.

The invention relates to a method and a device for producing a screw connection point (1) on the periphery (34) of a hollow section (7), that is expanded by a high-pressure fluid. An attachment (17, 31) comprising a bore (18) with an inner thread is mounted on the hollow section (7) in the hydroforming mould (2) and a hole is then made in the hollow section (7) in alignment with the bore (18). The aim of the invention is to produce a durable screw connection point (1) on the periphery (34) of a hollow section (7) in a simple and reliable process. To achieve this, the attachment (17, 31) is advanced towards the hollow section (7) with the aid of an electrode (11, 30) that is integrated into the hydroforming mould (2). The attachment (17, 31) is resistance welded to the hollow section (7) by means of the electrode (11, 30), once said attachment has been placed on the mould relief (5) in the vicinity of the screw connection point (1) to be created.

Procédé et dispositif de fabrication d'un site d'assemblage par vissage (1) sur la périphérie (34) d'un profilé creux (7) agrandi sous l'effet d'un fluide interne à haute pression. Dans l'outil de façonnage (2) à haute pression interne, une pièce rapportée (17, 31) pourvue d'un trou (18) taraudé est fixée sur le profilé creux (7), après quoi le profilé creux (7) est troué en alignement avec le trou (18). L'objet de la présente invention est de permettre de manière sûre la production simple d'un site d'assemblage par vissage (1) solide sur la périphérie d'un profilé creux (7). A cet effet, la pièce rapportée (17, 31) est approchée du profilé creux à l'aide d'une électrode (11, 30) intégrée dans l'outil de façonnage (2) à haute pression interne. Une fois le profilé creux (7) appuyé sur le relief (5) de l'outil de façonnage dans la zone du site de liaison par vissage (1) à former, la pièce rapportée (17, 31) est soudée par résistance au profilé creux (7) par l'intermédiaire de l'électrode (11, 30).
