Abstract
(EN)
The invention relates to compositions of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and its copolymers that have been modified with an onium salt. The PVDF compositions exhibit an increased melting point, a reduced heat distortion and piezo properties. The improved properties can be further enhanced through annealing, and/or the addition of nanoclays. Additionally, the combination of PVDF, nanoclays and annealing can also produce a PVDF with an increased melting point and piezoelectric properties.

La présente invention concerne des formules de fluorure de polyvinylidène (PVDF) et de ses copolymères qui ont été modifiés par un sel d'onium. Les formules de PVDF présentent un point de fusion supérieur, une distorsion à la chaleur réduite et des propriétés piézo-électriques. Ces propriétés supérieures peuvent être améliorées plus avant par annélation et/ou ajout de nano-argiles. En outre, la combinaison de PVDF, de nano-argiles et d'annélation peut également permettre d'obtenir un PVDF de point de fusion supérieur et de propriétés piézo-électriques.
