An image pickup device is provided, capable of complete correction with data of once analog-to- 5 digital conversion, and prevention of excess use of switches and analog devices and/or erroneous correction, including: an image sensor having a plurality of analog-to-digital converters determining conversion results from a digital signal of higher 10 order bit through separate steps of two or more times; a first correction unit which has a correction factor for correcting nonlinear errors of the plurality of analog-to-digital converters so as to adapt to the analog-to-digital converters and 15 corrects a nonlinear error of a digital signal output from respective analog-to-digital converters based on a correction factor correponding to respective analog-to-digital converters, .characterized in that the first correction unit corrects the nonlinear 20 errors after converting the digital signals from the plurality of analog-to-digital converters into a serial output.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de capture d'image, capable d'effectuer une correction complète sur des données issues d'une conversion analogique-numérique, et d'éviter l'usage excessif de commutateurs et de dispositifs analogiques et / ou une correction erronée, le dispositif comprenant : un capteur d'image doté d'une pluralité de convertisseurs analogique-numérique déterminant des résultats de conversion à partir d'un signal numérique sur un bit d'ordre élevé par des étapes distinctes à au moins deux instants ; une première unité de correction présentant un facteur de correction pour la correction d'erreurs non linéaires de la pluralité de convertisseurs analogique-numérique de façon à s'adapter aux convertisseurs analogique-numérique et corrigeant une erreur non linéaire d'une sortie sous forme de signal numérique issue de convertisseurs analogique-numérique respectifs sur la base d'un facteur de correction correspondant aux convertisseurs analogique-numérique respectifs, caractérisé en ce que la première unité de correction corrige les erreurs non linéaires après la conversion des signaux numériques issus de la pluralité de convertisseurs analogique-numérique en une sortie série.
