An image diagnosis support device (10) includes: an image acquisition unit (61) which acquires a tomography including a desired organ of an examinee from a medical imaging device (2) or a magnetic disc (13); a reference region extraction unit (62) which extracts a reference region indicating a reference in the desired organ from the tomography acquired by the image acquisition unit (61); an organ region extraction unit (63) which extracts an organ region indicating the desired organ region from the tomography acquired by the image acquisition unit (61); an organ form information calculation unit (64) which calculates organ form information concerning the form of the desired organ according to the reference region extracted by the reference region extraction unit (62) and the organ region extracted by the organ region extraction unit (63); and display control means (11) which displays the calculation result of the organ form information by the organ form information calculation unit (64) on a monitor (15) as a display device.
