Abstract
(EN)
A composite sinter characterized by comprising cubic boron nitride and a binder. It is further characterized in that the cubic boron nitride has a continuous skeletal structure formed by the bonding of first cubic-boron-nitride particles to each other and the binder has a continuous structure formed by the bonding of binder particles to each other, the binder particles being present in a region other than the bonding interface where the first cubic-boron-nitride particles are bonded to each other, and that second cubic-boron-nitride particles isolated from the first cubic-boron-nitride particles forming the skeletal structure are dispersed in the continuous structure of the binder particles.

L'invention concerne une fritte composite caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend du nitrure de bore cubique et un liant. Elle est caractérisée en outre en ce que le nitrure de bore cubique comporte une structure squelettique continue formée par la liaison de premières particules de nitrure de bore cubique entre elles et que le liant a une structure continue formée par la liaison des particules de liant entre elles, les particules de liant étant présentes dans une région différente de l'interface de liaison où les premières particules de nitrure de bore cubique sont liées entre elles, et que des deuxièmes particules de nitrure de bore cubique formant la structure squelettique sont dispersées dans la structure continue des particules de liant.

 本発明の複合焼結体は、立方晶窒化硼素と結合材とを少なくとも含み、該立方晶窒化硼素は、複数の第1立方晶窒化硼素粒子が互いに結合することにより連続した骨格構造を有し、また該結合材は、上記第1立方晶窒化硼素粒子が互いに結合する結合界面を除く領域に存在する複数の結合材粒子が互いに結合することにより連続した構造を有し、かつ前記骨格構造を形成する第1立方晶窒化硼素粒子とは孤立した第2立方晶窒化硼素粒子が上記結合材粒子の連続した構造中に分散していることを特徴とする。
