Abstract
(EN)
An apparatus and a method for an environmental-friendly, low-gain personal repeater utilized in wireless access networks, such as cellular networks are disclosed. The proposed apparatus is visually non-offensive since it is of limited size and the key elements thereof are nearly transparent. The personal repeater apparatus is designed to replace the currently used ungainly, visually offensive and structurally complex repeater devices typically installed in private homes and small offices in non-commercial or residential areas.

L'invention concerne un appareil et une méthode de réalisation d'un répéteur individuel à faible gain, respectueux de l'environnement, utilisé dans les réseaux à accès sans fil, tels que les réseaux cellulaires. L'appareil proposé n'est pas choquant visuellement du fait de ses faibles dimensions et que les éléments principaux de celui-ci sont presque transparents. Le répéteur personnel est conçu pour remplacer les dispositifs répéteurs actuellement utilisés qui sont disgracieux, choquants visuellement et structurellement complexes qu'on trouve typiquement installés dans les maisons individuelles et les petites entreprises dans des zones non commerciales ou résidentielles.
