Die Erfindung betrifft einen elektromagnetischen Aktuator für die Betätigung eines hydraulischen Steuerventils für einen Nockenwellenversteller. Für aus dem Stand der Technik bekannte Ausführungsformen durchsetzt ein Stößel (6) beidseits einen Anker (23). Beidseits des Ankers ist der Stößel über Lager in dem elektromagnetischen Aktuator (2) gelagert. Erfindungsgemäß erstreckt sich von einem Jochteil (15) des elektromagnetischen Aktuators (2) ein Zapfen (31) in eine Längsbohrung (30) des Ankers (23). Zwischen Zapfen (31) und Anker (23) ist eine Gleitlagerbuchse (34) zwischengeschaltet. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung ergibt sich eine besonders kompakte Ausgestaltung des elektromagnetischen Aktuators (2), insbesondere mit geringer Axialerstreckung und/oder Radialerstreckung.

The invention relates to an electromagnetic actuator for the actuation of a hydraulic control valve for a camshaft adjuster. For embodiments known from the prior art, a tappet (6) extends at both sides through an armature (23). At both sides of the armature, the tappet is mounted by means of bearings in the electromagnetic actuator (2). According to the invention, a journal (31) extends from a yoke part (15) of the electromagnetic actuator (2) into a longitudinal bore (30) of the armature (23). Arranged between the journal (31) and armature (23) is a plain bearing bush (34). The embodiment according to the invention results in a particularly compact design of the electromagnetic actuator (2), in particular with a small axial extent and/or radial extent.

L'invention concerne un actionneur électromagnétique pour l'actionnement d'une vanne de commande hydraulique pour un dispositif de positionnement d'arbre à cames. Dans les formes de réalisation connues de l'état de la technique, un coulisseau (6) est disposé des deux côtés d'un induit (23). Des deux côtés de l'induit, le coulisseau est logé dans l'actionneur (2) électromagnétique par le biais de paliers. Conformément à l'invention, un tenon (31) s'étend d'une partie (15) culasse de l'actionneur (2) électromagnétique dans un trou (30) oblong de l'induit (23). Une douille (34) à palier lisse est intercalée entre le tenon (31) et l'induit (23). La configuration conforme à l'invention permet d'obtenir une construction particulièrement compacte de l'actionneur (2) électromagnétique, notamment avec une faible extension axiale et/ou extension radiale.
