The invention provides an improved synthesis method of L-theanine, the process has optimized and easy-to-operate reaction conditions: the L-theanine is prepared by reacting L-pyrrolidone acid and anhydrous ethylamine with antioxidant existence and under the condition of eliminating air by dry ethylamine, and the reaction temperature is between 30-59 , and the reaction pressure is between 0.4-5.9 Mpa. The yield of L-theanine by the present method is obviously higher than that prepared without antioxidant and dry ethylamine to eliminate air.

La présente invention concerne un procédé amélioré de synthèse de L-théanine, le procédé ayant des conditions de réaction optimisées et faciles à utiliser : la L-théanine est préparée en faisant réagir l'acide de L-pyrrolidone et l'éthylamine anhydre en présence d'un antioxydant et dans des conditions d'élimination de l'air par l'éthylamine anhydre, la température de la réaction étant située entre 30 et 59 °C et la pression de la réaction entre 0,4 et 5,9 MPa. Le rendement de la L-théanine par le procédé de la présente invention est évidemment plus élevé que celui d'une préparation sans antioxydant ni éthylamine anhydre pour éliminer l'air.
