Disclosed is a method for preparing a fluorinated nanodiamond liquid dispersion which is stable over a long period of time of not less than 120 hours, while having a viscosity at 20˚C of not less than 3cP. The fluorinated nanodiamond liquid dispersion is usable as a polishing material, lubricant, heat exchange fluid medium and the like. Specifically, this fluorinated nanodiamond liquid dispersion is prepared as follows: a suspension is prepared by mixing a fluorinated nanodiamond with a first liquid having a viscosity at 20˚C of not more than 2.5cP; then a classified suspension is prepared by classifying the suspension; and then the classified suspension is mixed with a second liquid having a viscosity at 20˚C of not less than 4cP.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de dispersion liquide de nanodiamants fluorés, qui reste stable sur une longue période supérieure ou égale à 120 heures, tout en présentant une viscosité à 20 °C supérieure ou égale à 3cP. La dispersion liquide de nanodiamants fluorés sert de matériau de polissage, de lubrifiant, de milieu fluide d'échange de chaleur et autre. Plus particulièrement, la présente dispersion liquide de nanodiamants fluorés se prépare comme suit : une suspension est préparée en mélangeant un nanodiamant fluoré avec un premier liquide possédant une viscosité à 20 °C ne dépassant pas 2,5 cP ; puis une suspension classée est préparée en classant la suspension ; ensuite, la suspension classée est mélangée à un second liquide possédant une viscosité à 20 °C ne dépassant pas 4 cP.
