Disclosed is a method for producing a catalyst having high catalytic activity which can be easily separated/recovered. Specifically disclosed is a method for producing a catalyst comprising a core portion containing catalyst particles and a porous carbon layer which is so formed as to cover the core portion. In this method, a silica-containing layer is formed to cover the core portion, and a porous silica-containing layer is formed to cover the silica-containing layer. Then, after filling at least a part of the porous silica-containing layer with a carbon source, the carbon source is carbonized, thereby forming the porous carbon layer and removing the silica-containing layer.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un catalyseur qui présente une activité catalytique élevée et qui peut être séparé/récupéré aisément. L'invention concerne spécifiquement un procédé de production d'un catalyseur qui comprend un cœur contenant des particules de catalyseur et une couche de carbone poreuse formée de manière à recouvrir le cœur. Selon ledit procédé, une couche contenant de la silice est formée de manière à recouvrir le cœur et une couche contenant de la silice poreuse est formée de manière à recouvrir la couche contenant de la silice. Ensuite, après avoir rempli au moins une partie de la couche contenant de la silice poreuse par une source de carbone, la source de carbone est carbonisée, ce qui forme la couche de carbone poreuse et élimine la couche contenant de la silice.

 本発明は、触媒活性が高く維持され、さらに分離・回収が容易である触媒の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。上記目的を解決するため、本発明は、触媒粒子を含むコア部と、前記コア部を覆うように形成された多孔質炭素層とを含む触媒を製造するにあたり、前記コア部を覆うようにシリカ含有層を形成し、前記シリカ含有層を覆うように多孔質シリカ含有層を形成し、その後前記多孔質シリカ含有層の少なくとも一部に炭素源を充填した上で、前記炭素源を炭化することによって、前記多孔質炭素層を形成し、前記シリカ含有層を除去する。
