Even when the optical surfaces (2a,2b) of spectacle lens (1) consist of machined faces, any machining traces thereon can be erased to such an extent that finding of machining traces by visual checking can be avoided at the stage of inspection. The process includes the steps of coating the optical surfaces (2a,2b) of spectacle lens (1), the optical surfaces (2a,2b) consisting of machined faces, with a coating film solution containing a material identical with the base material of the lens; and heating the coating film solution applied to the optical surfaces (2a,2b) so as to harden the same, thereby forming coating film (4). Furthermore, the process includes the step of laminating the coating film (4) with hard coating film (5) and further with antireflection coating film (6).

Même si les surfaces optiques (2a,2b) de lentille de lunettes (1) consistent en faces usinées, toute trace d'usinage sur celles-ci peut être effacée au point que la découverte de traces d'usinage par un contrôle visuel est parfois impossible au stade de l'inspection. Le processus comporte les phases consistant à enduire les surfaces optiques (2a,2b) de lentille de lunettes (1), les surfaces optiques (2a,2b) consistant en faces usinées, avec une solution de film d'enduction contenant un matériau identique au matériau de base de la lentille; et à chauffer la solution de film d'enduction appliquée sur les surfaces optiques (2a,2b) afin de la durcir, pour constituer de cette manière un film d'enduction (4). De plus, le processus comporte la phase consistant à stratifier le film d'enduction (4) avec un film d'enduction dur (5) et de plus avec un film d'enduction antireflet (6).

 眼鏡レンズ(1)の光学面(2a、2b)が機械加工面であっても加工痕跡を消去することができ、検査時に加工痕跡が目視されることがないようにする。  光学面(2a、2b)が機械加工面からなる眼鏡レンズ(1)の光学面(2a、2b)にレンズ基材と同一の材料からなる被膜溶液を塗布する工程と、光学面(2a、2b)に塗布された被膜溶液を加熱硬化させて被膜(4)を形成する工程とを備えている。また、被膜(4)の上にハードコート被膜(5)を形成し、さらにその上に反射防止用被膜(6)を形成する工程を備えている。
