A fluid device unit structure in which fluid devices are integrated and united to effectively reduce the footprint of the devices. In the structure, the fluid devices connected to each other through flow passages are parallelly integrated on a base member (10). The base member (10) having installation surfaces (11) on which pure water opening/closing valves (5) are placed has pure water circulation and supply lines (2) passing through the base member (10) and parallelly connected with the pure water opening/closing valves (5) via pure water branch passages (4).

L'invention concerne une structure unique de mécanismes pour fluide dans laquelle des mécanismes pour fluide sont intégrés et unifiés afin de réduire efficacement la surface d'encombrement des mécanismes. Dans la structure, les mécanismes pour fluide connectés les uns aux autres par des passages d'écoulement sont intégrés parallèlement sur une base (10). La base (10) comporte des surfaces d'installation (11) sur lesquelles sont placées des soupapes pour eau pure s'ouvrant et se fermant (5) et des conduites de circulation et d'alimentation en eau pure (2) traversant la base (10) et connectées parallèlement aux soupapes pour eau pure s'ouvrant et se fermant (5) grâce à des branchements de passage d'eau pure (4).

 複数の流体機器類を集積させて一体化し、フットプリントの低減等に有効な流体機器ユニット構造を提供する。流路を介して接続される複数の流体機器類をベース部材10に並列に集積して一体化する流体機器ユニット構造において、純水開閉弁5を設置する複数の設置面11を設けたベース部材10が、該ベース部材10を貫通し純水開閉弁5と純水分岐路4を介して並列に接続される純水循環供給ライン2を備えている。
