A method and device for taking up a long rubber material (R) on a take-up roll (30) placed on a movement carriage (20), wherein excessive adhesion between each layer of the rubber material is prevented to enable smooth drawing out and supply of the taken up rubber material. The long rubber material (R) is continuously extruded from a rubber extruder and sent to a take-up position, and the take-up device takes up the rubber material (R) in a spiral form with the material of each layer alternately inclined in the opposite directions with respect to each other. During the take-up, a traverse guide causes the rubber material to traverse relative to the take-up roll (30) of the carriage (20) in concert with rotation of the roll (30).

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif destinés à enrouler un long matériau en caoutchouc (R) sur un rouleau de réception (30) disposé sur un chariot amovible (20), qui empêchent l'adhésion excessive entre chaque couche de matériau en caoutchouc afin de pouvoir extraire et acheminer sans à coups le matériau en caoutchouc enroulé. Le long matériau en caoutchouc (R) est extrudé en continu depuis une extrudeuse de caoutchouc et envoyé vers une position d'enroulement, puis le dispositif d'enroulement enroule le matériau en caoutchouc (R) telle une spirale, le matériau présent sur chaque couche étant incliné de manière alternée selon des directions opposées entre elles. Lors de l'enroulement, le matériau en caoutchouc passe, sous l'effet d'un guide transversal, sur le rouleau d'enroulement (30) du chariot (20) de concert avec la rotation du rouleau (30).

 本発明は、長尺状ゴム材料(R)を移動用の台車(20)に備える巻き取りロール(30)に巻き取る場合に、各層間のゴム材料同士の過剰な接着を防ぎ、巻き取ったゴム材料の引き出し供給を問題なく行えるようにするものであり、ゴム押出機から連続して長尺状に押し出されて巻き取り位置に送られる長尺状ゴム材料(R)を、トラバースガイドにより、台車(20)に備える巻き取りロール(30)に対し該ロールの回転に合わせてトラバースさせながら、各層毎に交互に逆傾斜の螺旋状をなすように巻き取るようにする。
