Abstract

The invention relates to a microelectronic sensor device, particularly to a biosensor with magnetic sensor units comprising excitation wires (11, 13) and a GMR sensor (12). The device further comprises a washing unit (20) consisting of a series of actuation wires (21) coupled to a driving unit (22). The driving unit (22) can activate the actuation wires selectively, wherein magnetic washing particles (2) are attracted to the activated wires. Shifting the activation pattern (R, S, T) then results in a corresponding movement of washing particles (2), which induces flow of the sample fluid that can wash away weakly bound and/or unbound target substance (3) from the sensor region (10) of the sensor units.

L'invention concerne un dispositif à capteur microélectronique, en particulier un biocapteur avec des unités de capteurs magnétiques comprenant des fils d'excitation (11, 13) et un capteur à MRG (12). Le dispositif comprend en outre une unité de lavage (20) comportant une série de fils d'activation (21) couplés à une unité de pilotage (22). L'unité de pilotage (22) peut activer sélectivement les fils d'actionnement et des particules magnétiques de lavage (2) sont attirées par les fils activés. Changer le motif d'activation (R, S, T) produit un mouvement correspondant des particules de lavage (2), ce qui induit un débit du fluide de l'échantillon qui peut laver de la région du capteur (10) des unités de capteur toute substance cible (3) faiblement liée ou non liée.
