Abstract

The invention concerns a device for laying down a thin metallic film (7), pulled out from a reserve wire reel (6) onto a surface, particularly onto the surface of a sheet (3), with the help of a push element (8), a device which presents means for exerting mechanical tension in the wire section (7) situated between the reserve wire rotary reel (6) and the push element, as well as a device (9) for guiding the wire included in this part, which is characterised in that the device (9) for guiding the wire includes a clamping device (11) which acts directly on the wire (7) pulled out from the wire reserve reel (6). This permits effective and very sensitive adaptation to relative changes in speed between the pace at which the wire and sheet advance.

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour poser un mince film métallique (7) extrait d'une bobine (6) de réserve de fil sur une surface, en particulier sur la surface d'une feuille (3), à l'aide d'un élément de poussée (8), lequel dispositif présente des moyens pour exercer une tension mécanique dans la partie du fil (7) située entre la bobine rotative (6) de réserve de fil et l'élément de poussée, ainsi qu'un dispositif (9) de guidage de fil prévu dans cette partie, qui est caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (9) de guidage du fil comprend un dispositif de serrage (11) qui agit directement sur le fil (7) extrait de la bobine (6) de réserve de fil. Cela permet de compenser de manière efficace et très sensible les modifications de la vitesse relative entre l'avancement du fil et la feuille.
