Complexes of ruthenium and osmium according to the invention are represented by formula (1), in which M denotes ruthenium or osmium, L denotes a neutral ligand selected from the group comprising amines, imines, phosphines (preferably stilbines, arsines, alcohols, thiols, ethers and thioethers or an N- heterocyclic carbene (NHC) ligand). The compounds of formula (1) occur in the form of two isomers: trans and cis. The method of production of complexes of ruthenium and osmium of formula (1) according to the invention is based on reacting an intermediate of formula (5) with a carbene complex of ruthenium or osmium. The invention also relates to the use of the complexes according to the invention for carrying out metathesis reactions.

L'invention concerne des complexes de ruthénium et d'osmium selon l'invention représentés par la formule (1), dans laquelle M représente le ruthénium ou l'osmium, L représente un ligand neutre choisi dans le groupe comprenant les amines, les imines, les phosphines (de préférence les stilbines, les arsines, les alcools, les thiols, les éthers et les thioéthers ou un ligand carbène N-hétérocyclique (NHC)). Les composés de formule (1) existent sous forme de deux isomères : trans et cis. Le procédé de fabrication de complexes de ruthénium et d'osmium de formule (1) selon l'invention est fondé sur la réaction d'un intermédiaire de formule (5) avec un carbène complexe de ruthénium ou d'osmium. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation des complexes selon l'invention pour la réalisation de réactions de métathèse.
