Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Optimierung der automatischen Fluoreszenzmustererkennung in der Immundiagnostik Dabei werden vor der Bildaufnahme mit einer Kamera zusätzlich oder gemeinsam mit dem Fluoreszenzfarbstoff ein oder mehrere weitere Indikatorfarbstoffe für die Identifikation relevanter Strukturen inkubiert.

The invention relates to a method for optimizing automatic fluorescence pattern recognition in immunodiagnostics. In this case, in addition to or together with the fluorescent dye, one or more other indicator dyes for the identification of relevant structures are incubated before an image is recorded with a camera.
