Ein mikromechanischer Filter (10) für Mikropartikel ist insbesondere zur Filterung pathogener Bakterien und Viren geeignet, und umfasst ein Substrat (11) sowie eine fest mit dem Substrat (11) verbundene perforierte Membran (12) zum Herausfiltern von Mikropartikeln aus einem Medium beim Durchströmen der Membran (12), und weiterhin eine Einrichtung zum Entfernen der herausgefilterten Mikropartikel von der Oberfläche der Membran (12). Die Einrichtung zum Entfernen der Mikropartikel ist beispielsweise als Heizeinrichtung (13a, 13b) ausgestaltet, um die an der Oberfläche der Membran befindlichen Mikropartikel zu verbrennen. Sie kann auch als Aktorstruktur zur Verformung der Membran oder als Mikroinjektor zur Erzeugung einer Strömung parallel zur Oberfläche der Membran ausgestaltet sein.

A micromechanical filter (10) for microparticles is suitable, in particular, for filtering pathogenic bacteria and viruses, and comprises a substrate (11) and also a perforated membrane (12) which is firmly bound to the substrate (11) and is for filtering out microparticles from a medium as it flows through the membrane (12), and in addition a unit for removing from the surface of the membrane (12) the microparticles which have been filtered out. The unit for removing the microparticles is, for example, designed as heating unit (13a, 13b) in order to burn the microparticles situated on the surface of the membrane. It can also be designed as an actuator structure for deforming the membrane or as a microinjector for generating a flow parallel to the surface of the membrane.

L'invention concerne un filtre micromécanique (10) pour microparticules, qui convient notamment pour filtrer des bactéries pathogènes et des virus et qui comprend un substrat (11) ainsi qu'une membrane perforée (12) solidaire du substrat (11) afin d'éliminer par filtration les microparticules d'un milieu qui traverse la membrane (12), ainsi qu'un dispositif permettant d'enlever les microparticules filtrées de la surface de la membrane (12). Le dispositif d'enlèvement des microparticules est réalisé par exemple sous la forme d'un dispositif chauffant (13a, 13b) afin de brûler les microparticules présentes sur la surface de la membrane. Il peut aussi être réalisé sous la forme d'une structure d'actionneur qui déforme la membrane ou sous la forme d'un micro-injecteur qui génère un écoulement parallèle à la surface de la membrane.
