A power apparatus,in particular an enviorment protection energy saving rotary-piston engine comprising an expand exhausting cylinder(181),a compression combustion cylinder(182),an intake compression cylinder(183),a rotor(1,5) is set in the expand exhausting cylinder and touches tightly with the cylinder at the upper end , a partition board(4,8) reciprocated with rotor is also set in the cylinder, the expand exhausting cylinder is isolated by the rotor and the board ,one side communicates with the compression combustion cylinder,the other side communicates with a discharge pipe;a rotary board(13) is set in the compression combustion cylinder and isolates the cylinder to combustion chamber and compression chamber; a rotor(7,11) is set in the intake compression cylinder and touches tightly with the cylinder at the upper end, a partition board reciprocated with rotor is also set in the cylinder, the intake compression cylinder is isolated by the rotor and the board , one side communicates with the intake compression cylinder,the other side communicates with an inflow pipe(9).The present invention has sloved the problem that low efficieny ,complex structure , difficult manufacture and severe pollution of internal combustion.

L'invention concerne un appareil moteur, en particulier un moteur à piston rotatif économe en énergie pour la protection de l'environnement comportant un cylindre (181) d'échappement et de détente, un cylindre (182) de compression et de combustion, un cylindre (183) d'admission et de compression, un rotor (1,5) placé dans le cylindre d'échappement et de détente en ajustement serré avec le cylindre au niveau de l'extrémité supérieure, une plaque (4,8) de séparation allant et venant avec le rotor également placée dans le cylindre, le cylindre d'échappement et de détente étant isolé par le rotor et la plaque, un côté communiquant avec le cylindre de compression et de combustion, l'autre côté communiquant avec une conduite d'évacuation ; une plaque rotative (13) placée dans le cylindre de compression et de combustion et isolant le cylindre par rapport à la chambre de combustion et à la chambre de compression ; un rotor (7,11) placé dans le cylindre d'admission et de compression et en ajustement serré avec le cylindre au niveau de l'extrémité supérieure, une plaque de séparation allant et venant avec le rotor également placée dans le cylindre, le cylindre d'admission et de compression étant isolé par le rotor et la plaque, un côté communiquant avec le cylindre d'admission et de compression, l'autre côté communiquant avec une conduite (9) d'admission. La présente invention résout les problèmes de faible rendement, de structure complexe, de fabrication difficile et de pollution intense liés à la combustion interne.
