Abstract
(EN)
This invention relates to a external stent type prosthesis (1), extraluminal, with tubular member (1) single or multiple, interconnectable in the upper end, inflatable by balloon (2) with central lumen, single but with multiple projections in equal plurality of tubular members of the stent (1), which is adjusted in its interior, for side-to-side, end-to-end e end-to-side anastomosis without clamping and sutureless, or with expeditious clamping and sutureless, where the vascular graft, or anastomotic trunk, or any other grafts, inserted in the lumen of the balloon (2) and prosthesis, comprising a distensible mesh and after being coated with graft (6), this mesh is expansible by the balloon (2) until the necessary gauge to keep the graft wall joined together and sealed in relation to the organ wall (7), that can contain a bag suture around the place where the anastomosis is made. After the anastomosis is made, the internal balloon (2) is deinflated and removed from inside the prosthesis stent (1) and tractioned outwardly, to the exterior of the graft (6) or grafts. The anastomosis can also be made with a prosthesis, side-to-side, of adjacent organs, without clamping and sutureless, where the balloon (2) is strongly aspirated, by collapsing its walls, and is not removed, keeping contiguous to the stent (1) mesh, which is what keeps the anastomosis open.
(FR)
