Abstract
(EN)
A polyurethane-based resin useful, for example, to repair a surface of a rubber-based component includes a pre-polymer component that is combined with a polyol component. The pre-polymer component includes polyisocyanate, hydroxyl terminated poly-butadiene and ether diol. The polyol component include aliphatic oil, hydroxyl terminated poly-butadiene and aromatic diamine. The polyol component and the pre-polymer component are combined for a selected amount of time to react together and form the polyurethane based resin. The resin may be applied to the surface of a rubber-based component.

L'invention concerne une résine à base de polyuréthane qui convient, par exemple, pour réparer la surface d'un élément à base d'élastomère, et qui comprend un composant pré-polymère combiné à un composant polyol. Ce composant pré-polymère comprend un polyisocyanate, un poly-butadiène à terminaison hydroxyle et un diol éther. Le composant polyol comprend de l'huile aliphatique, un poly-butadiène à terminaison hydroxyle et une hydrazine aromatique. Le composant polyol et le composant pré-polymère sont combinés pendant une durée sélectionnée de façon qu'ils réagissent ensemble et forment la résine à base de polyuréthane.
