Abstract
(EN)
The presented Invention relates to the exhaust manifold of internal combustion engines. For higher output of the internal combustion engines, the exhaust gasses are used for propulsion of turbocharger, to compress the engine intake air, in order to increase oxygen content necessary for combustion. Exhaust manifold is made preferably from welded stainless steel structure, consisting of internal exhaust pipe segments, made from at least 2 elements (5) made preferably from heat resistant, low scaling steel, for instance stainless steels EN 1.4435 or EN 1.4841, connected together with longitudinally free movable joints (35), and connected at the manifold inlet side to the engine side gasket plate (1) and on the outlet side to the exhaust gas outlet gasket plate 28, with the mentioned internal exhaust pipe hermetically enclosed in an exhaust manifold skirt (13, 1, 7) filed with pressurised exhaust gas (46), with isolated outside exhaust manifold surfaces (9) and engine liquid coolant (17) cooled outside exhaust manifold surfaces (12, 14, 1, 28).

La présente invention concerne le collecteur d'échappement pour moteurs à combustion interne. Pour une puissance plus élevée des moteurs à combustion interne, les gaz d'échappement sont utilisés à des fins de propulsion du turbocompresseur, pour comprimer l'air d'admission du moteur, afin d'augmenter la teneur en oxygène nécessaire pour la combustion. Le collecteur d'échappement est de préférence réalisé à partir d'une structure soudée en acier inoxydable, constituée de segments de tuyau d'échappement interne, réalisée à partir d'au moins 2 éléments (5) réalisés de préférence à partir d'un acier à faible calamine et résistant aux hautes températures, par exemple les aciers inoxydables EN 1.4435 ou EN 1.4841, connectés ensemble par des joints mobiles libres de manière longitudinale (35), et connectés au niveau du côté admission du collecteur sur la plaque d'étanchéité côté moteur (1) et au niveau du côté sortie sur la plaque d'étanchéité de sortie des gaz d'échappement 28, le tuyau d'échappement interne mentionné étant enfermé de manière hermétique dans une jupe de collecteur d'échappement (13, 1, 7) remplie de gaz d'échappement sous pression (46), les surfaces extérieures du collecteur d'échappement étant isolées (9) et le liquide de refroidissement du moteur (17) étant refroidi à l'extérieur des surfaces du collecteur d'échappement (12, 14, 1, 28).
