A coil (2) is provided on the outside of a water pipe (1) in a water channel and water (3) to be treated is fed, and then a specific AC current having a specific frequency or a specific peak current is supplied from an AC power supply (4) to the coil (2). As the specific frequency of AC current, one resonance frequency is selected from a resonance frequency group having a plurality of resonance frequencies. On the other hand, a resonance magnetic field is induced in the channel by the specific peak current. When electromagnetic field treatment is performed by imparting an oscillating electromagnetic field induced by such a specific AC current to the water (3) to be treated, activated treated water (5) can be obtained easily with high efficiency.

La présente invention concerne une bobine (2) prévue sur l'extérieur d'une conduite d'eau (1) dans un canal d'eau et de l'eau (3) devant être traitée est envoyée, puis un courant alternatif spécifique ayant une fréquence spécifique ou un pic de courant spécifique est envoyé d'une alimentation en CA (4) à la bobine (2). Comme fréquence spécifique du courant alternatif, une fréquence de résonance est choisie dans un groupe de fréquences de résonance ayant une pluralité de fréquences de résonance. D'autre part, un champ magnétique de résonance est induit dans le canal par le pic de courant spécifique. Lorsque le traitement de champ électromagnétique est réalisé en appliquant un champ électromagnétique oscillant induit par ce courant alternatif spécifique à l'eau (3) devant être traitée, l'eau traitée et activée (5) peut être obtenue aisément avec une grande efficacité.

 例えば、水流路の通水管1の外側にコイル2が設けられ被処理水3が流され、交流電源4から特定の周波数あるいは特定のピーク電流を有する特定の交流電流がコイル2に供給される。ここで、特定の交流電流の周波数としては、複数の共振周波数を有する共振周波数群から1つの共振周波数を選択する。また、上記特定のピーク電流により上記流路に共振磁界を誘起する。このような特定の交流電流により誘起した振動電磁場を被処理水3に付与し電磁場処理することにより、簡便にしかも高効率に活性化される活性処理水5を得ることができる。
