Abstract

An annular fixing member embedded in a dust cover in order to fix it to its mounting portion. The fixing member integrally has an annular base part and bore teeth of a circular conical surface shape. The bore teeth are provided at the bore edge of the annular base part and determine the margin of fitting of the fixing member to a mounting portion. In mounting the dust cover on the mounting portion, the fixing member minimizes possibility of the entire dust cover from being mounted tilted to thereby realize accurate mounting of the dust cover. To achieve this, the thickness of the bore teeth is set less than the thickness of the annular base part. As a result, the annular base part is less likely to be deformed by following the deformation of the bore teeth when the bore teeth are deformed in mounting and fixing of the dust cover. Alternatively, a thin wall part is formed at the root of the bore teeth, and this results that, when the bore teeth is deformed in mounting and fixing of the dust cover, the annular base part is less likely to be deformed by following the deformation of the bore teeth.

La présente invention concerne un élément de fixation annulaire imbriqué dans un couvercle antipoussière afin de le fixer sur sa partie montage. L'élément de fixation intègre une partie base annulaire et des dents d'alésage de forme superficielle conique et circulaire. Les dents d'alésage sont disposées sur le bord d'alésage de la partie base annulaire et déterminent le bord de réception de l'élément de fixation sur une partie de montage. Lors du montage du couvercle antipoussière sur la partie montage, l'élément de fixation minimise la possibilité de monter tout le couvercle antipoussière de manière inclinée, ce qui permet d'effectuer un montage précis du couvercle antipoussière. Afin d'y parvenir, l'épaisseur de la dent d'alésage est inférieure à l'épaisseur de la partie base annulaire. Ainsi, la partie base annulaire est moins susceptible de se déformer lors de la déformation de la dent d'alésage, qui se produit lorsque les dents d'alésage sont déformées au cours du montage et de la fixation du couvercle antipoussière. Dans une variante, une partie de paroi fine est formée à la racine de la dent d'alésage, ce qui permet à la partie base annulaire d'être moins susceptible de se déformer lors de la déformation de la dent d'alésage au cours du montage et de la fixation du couvercle antipoussière.

 ダストカバーを装着箇所に固定すべくダストカバーに埋設される環状の固定金具であって、環状基部とその内径縁に設けられて装着箇所に対する嵌合代を設定する円錐面状の内径歯とを一体に有する固定金具において、ダストカバーを装着するときに固定金具全体が傾いた状態で装着されるのを抑制することができ、もって正確な装着状態を実現することができるダストカバー用固定金具を提供する。この目的達成のため、環状基部の厚みよりも内径歯の厚みを薄く設定することにより装着嵌合時、内径歯が変形するときに環状基部は追随変形しにくい構造とする。また、内径歯の根元部に薄肉部を設定することにより装着嵌合時、内径歯が変形するときに環状基部は追随変形しにくい構造とする。
