A compressed state evaluation unit (19) acquires distortion changes Δ&egr;1 and Δ&egr;2 corresponding to reference regions R1 and R2 set at two different tissues from an elasticity calculation unit (13) so as to obtain their ratio Δ&egr;2/Δ&egr;1, evaluates a compressed state according to the obtained distortion change ratio, and displays the evaluated compressed state in a target region displayed on a display (10). Thus, by evaluating a compressed state from a minute change of the compressed state upon measurement of the elasticity information, it is possible to guarantee objectivity and reproducibility of good-bad diagnosis of a tissue lesion.

L'invention concerne une unité d'évaluation d'état comprimé (19) qui acquiert des changements de distorsion Δ&egr;1 et Δ&egr;2 correspondant à des régions de référence R1 et R2 situées au niveau de deux tissus différents provenant d'une unité de calcul d'élasticité (13) de façon à obtenir leur rapport Δ&egr;2/Δ&egr;1, évalue un état comprimé selon le rapport de changement de distorsion obtenu, et affiche l'état comprimé évalué dans un région cible affichée sur un dispositif d'affichage (10). Ainsi, par l'évaluation d'un état comprimé à partir d'un changement minuscule de l'état comprimé lors de la mesure des informations d'élasticité, il est possible de garantir l'objectivité et la reproductibilité du diagnostic bon-mauvais d'une lésion de tissu.

 圧縮状態評価部19において、異なる2つの組織にそれぞれ設定された基準領域R1、R2に対応する歪み変化Δε1、Δε2を弾性演算部13から取込んでそれらの比Δε2/Δε1を求め、求めた歪み変化の比に基づいて圧縮状態を評価し、評価した圧縮状態をディスプレイ10に表示される関心領域に対応付けて表示することにより、弾性情報の計測時における圧縮状態の微小な変化から圧縮状態を評価することにより、病変組織の良悪性の診断の客観性及び再現性を担保する。
